Painful bump on vag*na

I have a painful bump on my outer lips of my vag*na! What should I do? I'm a bit scared and I'm too emberassed to ask my parents or something... help me! Does anyone know what it could be!?

It's most likely an infection. Sometimes it's hard to talk to parents, or adults about issues such as this but that is where you step up-be mature and take charge of your own feminine health. Trust-if you see a doctor it will help not hurt.

it could be something as simple as an infected hair or a pimple. (or it could be something serious.)

To know for sure you should talk to a doctor.

See a gynocologist ...Doctors will not tell your parents. It is doctor-patient confidentiality
if you cannot afford a private doctor...go to any of the free health clinics. Better safe than sorry.

haha! im the girl to answer this question, I just had that. go see the doctor, and ask someone to see it. it was sh*t embarressing but it was just thrush (can I say that, or is it considered rude?)U have to get it checked in case its sumthing bad but its probs fine. it clears up really quick as well with medication. id advice you not to wear too tight jeans though because that sumtimes causes it as it irritates the skin and it swells. also make sure you do have another person with you when you go, its safer. it dusnt have to b your family though just someone you trust.

also just to clarify, id tell sum one soon becos the longer you leave it the worse it gets, but once you get over the embarrassment it gets better. like I said it clears up really quickly and its probs nuthin bad. I just got rid of it so seriously dont worry!
