Pain on thighs (right above knee), right hand, and neck

Yesterday, my right thigh started hurting (I don't think I pulled anything as it started hurting while I was sitting in science class), and today while I was writing my right hand (which is my writing hand) started hurting and suddenly the right side of...

my neck was really hurting. Is this just joint pain or is there something I should be concerned about? Thanks...

if the pain is severe then possibly, don't be too alarmed the brain can trick your body to in sending out pain relievers to certain body parts, you can also mention it to your doc of course
