Pain in my lower tummy

does anyone no what this pain could be I have PCOs and have not had a period for 5 weeks which is normal but I have been trying for a baby and although I know the pain is not signs of my period coming. I have tried to concieve but do not know if I am...

pregnant as I do not have reguarlar periods and I have done test which say negative, but for the past 2 days I have a this pain in lower left hand side and it makes me worried is it because of my PCOs or could it be signs of pregnancy ?

Well if I were you I would consult this with my doctor and maybe have a blood test done
