well theres a few things that can help...
exerscising can help releive it
putting something warm like a hot water bottle on your stomatch
the pill will help a lot if you have a heavy flow and expirience a lot of pain
drink lots of water and try to avoid caffene
also steer clear of alchole and tobacco
chicken soup might be able to help...
as well as that increase your daily intake of calcium...
and thats all I can think of right now
hope that helped!
light exercise is good, paracetamol, a warm bath or hot water bottle. I also find its good to avoid heavy foods which can make you feel more bloated and puts more pressure on the uterus. If its still bad I would recommend combining paracetamol with ibuprofen (make sure you eat something first though, I dont think you're supposed to take it on an empty stomach and dont exceed the doses of either the paracetamol or ibuprofen) and if that doesnt work talk to your GP who might recomment the contraceptive pill.
Usually if you take a pain killer before hand (like if you know you're about to start cramping) it will help even more than if you take it after the pain starts. Everything jaz said should help. If the pain is really bad take a bath... this really should stop the pain pretty much immediately...
I enjoy tiger balm on my lower back. And yes a pain killer of some sort.
a must is 'lydia pinkham' its the best...its three times a day and once your period comes its like you dont even know it! or feel it! its amazing most defenitly try it! because I had them like really really bad..and its a must medicine!! try it..
eat a banana everyday, it has a lot of protein and protein helps cramps go away.
