For the painfull peeing- you likely have cystitis, caused by unaccustomed irritation of the bladder (having lots of intercourse)- or by germs getting in. Sexual etiquette requires 2 recently washed partners and no back to fronting.(touching your anus and then your vagina)
Heres an article on self-treatment;
http://www.marilynglenville.com/general/cystitis.htm
For your redness;
You could just have thrush- which can be treated naturally, by applying yogurt to your vagina for 1-2 days.(on a tampon unless you are just too sore)
As well as redness, your natural juices will be thicker, more profuse and or display little white spots or lumps in them, if you have thrush.
However you do need to check that you dont have chlamydia, as left untreated can cause serious fertility problems. If you have this , then you must get treatment today/tomorrow from your doctor or sexual health clinic - usually specific antibiotics.
Chlamydia could be responsible for both the conditions you describe.
Its very usuall for people your age to be enjoying sex- so dont be worried about asking for help. No one is going to judge you, they will only be concerned with wanting you healthy and happy again:-) - and a little more educated :-)

Is this the first time if so it will be a bit painful! Also a lot of women gt UTI's after sex that might be causing the pain while peeing. If this isn't the 1st time than you should go to a gynecologist to have yourself checked. Better Safe Than Sorry!

Also you are too young to be having sex but if you are make sure you are haveing safe sex.

You have cystitis... old fashion name was 'honeymoon's disease'. Its where your bladder has been bruised during intercourse. You can buy over the counter stuff for cystitis but you could go see your doctor. Drink plenty of water to flush your bladder out, including a pint with some bicarbonate of soda in it to neutralise the acid in your urine. If it doesn't clear up then definately see your doctor. Did you use condoms? if you didn't then make sure you see someone to eliminate anything else.

I think cystitis maybe, but my opinion varies if you had rough sex without a condom, if you did that could account for the pain you felt and the burning when peeing. During sexual intercourse without a condom, each partner receives little cuts and bruises to the genitalia (unavoidable) so maybe those little cuts account for the burning sensation an the tempo of sex for the pain, if you did use a condom that wud not account for the burning sensation unless you were allergic to the latex but I still think the tempo accounts for the pain. Especially if you were only recently sexually active
