Other than lack of interest or motivation is there any other reason why you don't want to go to P.E.? Keep in mind that if you miss too many days they can hold you back due to not "having met the required credits" for the class.
For myself I found that if I just did it and got it over with the rest ofthe day went better. Then once I had met the requirements needed for graduation I didn't have to take it again. I don't know about your school, but I looked through all of the P.E. classes offered until I found one that I liked/could put up with.
In my case it was swimming.
Then once I got into college, and again found myself having to take a P.E. class I took pocket billiards (playing pool) and ballroom dance (lot's of single girls). My days went by pretty quickly once I was taking something fun.
Well in our school, hardly any excuse worked, time of month didnt work (I didnt try it my friends tried to but to no avail!) sore ankle/arm.. etc.
what part of PE don't you like?
I hated running about in shorts and tshirt in the freezin winter, I was forever getting a cold back in my school days, since I havent been to school (nearly a year) I've only had one mild cold!
I enjoyed badminton, rounders etc.
