If you are addicted you will not be able to stop without help.
A free answer that MIGHT help is to go to NA meetings. (Call AA and get a number to call.)
If you really want to stop, you are going to need rehab. The withdrawal period is the easy part. Now your body is going to want the drug. You are going to have a life long effort to stay sober.
Good Luck!!

You might try watching Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew season 1 or 2
and Sober House
Both are on http://www.VH1.com
you can get to them thru this link

The withdrawal part is the MOST DIFFICULT part. Stomach aches, cramps, just all around irritable. Once you've gotten over that hump, things will start to get better. Withdrawals can last anywhere from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on how long youve been doing pills for. Remember that a lot of it is mental. You've got to remind yourself that obviously you can survive and you will be fine without it. Its just willpower. If I can overcome an intense addiction, by myself, just because of willpower, you can too. Fun mail me if you need to talk.. I understand what you're going through.

My friends sniffed that stuff but they stoped yes its gets hard when your trying to stop but just do it really slow. maybe even just take it down to 20s and slowly quit.

NO ONE should EVER try to undergo withdrawing from opiods unless under medical supervision. Particularly with Oxycontin and at that dose. Seizures are very likely to occur.
Pls let someone know what you are doing and get checked into rehab. You are addicted, believe me. You need to be under medical supervision for probably around 3-4 days. Then, its all about figuring out WHY you are using and the keys to remain drug free for the rest of your life. Pls!! Don't try to do this alone--
