Google "ideal weight" and it will give you a realistic weight that you should be for your age & height. Please stop comparing yourself to the other girls, that is not healthy thinking at all. If you eat a small meal (granola-fruit/veggies) every 2 hours, and a sensible dinner, and cut out all the junk food, then you will feel better about yourself, and boost your metabolism. Please don't worry about the other girls, we are all beautiful.

I am 13 and 5'1. I always wiegh somewhere between 90 and 100 it's always changing because some days I eat a lot but most days I barely eat at all.So am I overwieght? I feel really fat because I'm on the cheerleading squad and Everyone else is tiny. Like this one girl wieghs 60 pounds.She is really short but still. By the way, I wear a size 0 or 1 in juniors.
