Overprotective boyfriend.

Ok. Well . I've been going out with my boyfriend for 3 years now. Things are sweet and I love him. Well summer started and we can hardly talk on the phone and we can hardly see each other because I have very strict parents and he has very strict step-parents. Whenever I go places he asks me what I do who I talk to, its ok. I get it. Hes overprotected. But things get out of hand sometimes. Whenever he gets mad because I talk to this certain person he creates a grudge against it and he turns to this angry jerk who says really messed up things. Hes anger is sooo bad, I dont feel so importtant anymore. I dont feel liek im cared for at all. I tell him this and all he says is the reason im like this is because your acting like that. I dont knoe what TO DO!
ITS HELL. PLEASE I NEED HELP. DO I SHOW LIKE HES LOSING ME OR SHOULD I KEEP ON TRYING OT5 UNDERSTAND AND TRY TO MAKE THINGS WORK. but ito tell you the truth I tried that. he didnt cooperate at all.
