I think my vagina opening is tight, but the outside of my vagina is definditely bigger. Im not sure what its called, maybe the clit? Can the outside vagina get smaller in anyway?

Not without surgery. Your clitoris is the little "nub" at the top of your vagina, it gets bigger when you are stimulated because of the blood flow to it (just like a p*nis).
