well I would suggest morning walk , walk for one houraround 6-7 AM .No need of any other activities. now a days we just dont walk even for buying something we go by bike or car,even though the shpu is just 500 mts. I also suggest that badminton is a very good sport. , for the whole body

What sort of outside activites are good for your legs, buns and thighs? I want to slim upi for the summer but since it is getting nice out..I want to do it outside.
