Im concerned about all these girls gettin pregnant at young ages. I know its non of meh biz but gosh!! Im tired of seein columns marked about someone bein preg!!! What do you think? Do you think we can solve this? Meh personally think that we should sit...

Nice idea. But you can't be there when the pressure is on to put out. The best we can do is try to tell these young people the dangers of having sex, and how having un-safe sex can really change their lives in many ways. I feel it is ok for young people to explore their own bodies and learn what feels good, but wait until they are older to go all the way.

First off I think this thing should have spell and grammer check because some of your words were improperly used and spelled incorrectly...but its ok being this is not who can write and spell the best...
Anyway, I agree that some girls on here are too young to have a baby and also too young to be doing half the things I read (having sex, giving oral...and all of that). However, the mothers of these young girls need to participate, talk and communicate more. On the other hand, there is nothing, I repeat nothing you can do to stop a female (of any age) from having sex. If she wants it shes going to get it one way or another so the only thing we can do is teach them to protect themselves and tell them the risks and consequences and not be pressured into doing anything they dont want (called pure pressure). Now, I'll be 21 in July and Im 6 months pregnant (25 weeks and 2 days to be exact). Some people disagree with the fact that Im having a baby which doesnt bother me at all because I take full care of myself meaning..I have my own apartment with the father of my baby, I purchased my own car and pay the car note and isurance, I pay all of my bills without any help, I have a descent job in Beverly Hills with great benefits for myself and my baby, I finished HS in 2006 and will be completing my collage classes in a few months so anyone elses opinion of me having a baby means nothing. As far as these girls getting pregnant and not being able to support the child...I worry about them.

Lets stop young kids having sex

They are who they are, they make their own mistakes, its their own fault. Let them learn from their mistakes, let their friends learn from them too and maybe in a few years the message will get through.

I totally agree with you. all though im a teenager myself I think that when it comes to sex, they think its like a game and only means having a fun time. but yeah. it gets me mad especially when I se kids as young as 11 loosing their viginity. its so stupid! grrr... thats why im waiti till im married.

I got pregnant at 13 and had 2 bbys at 14.the dad of them used me and left me when I told him.lodsa people are used including men.some girls wil be like me. made to believe it will be a better life and then they leave so loads of girld are left stuck.I can support my child without benefits. I claim nothing from the government.I may be only 15 but my auntie looks after them while I work ion a hairdressers part time and a cafe on weekends.I would have got rid of the bbbys but I a m totally against abortion

The truth is that people are going to have sex at a young age. They're not always going to use a condom. A lot of people I know right now are so focused on discovering the easiest, most enjoyable way of reaching ecstasy. The problem that all of these teens are getting pregnant usually has more to it. You don't know if she was raped. If she was in a long-term serious relationship with this guy. There are cases in which the pregnancy changed someone life for the better. So as long as the parent makes responsible decisions with what they end up doing with the child to take care of it, I don't find this being the most serious problem going on in this world.
