Our soldiers...

I'm home sick today so I went in youtube. I found a video of soldiers dancing and it was funny so I watched more. I found a video dedicated to our soldiers fighting. It was called In The Arms of an Angel. While watching the video, I had tears in my eyes....

I scrolled down and read some of the comments and I got very angry about what people said...Everyone in the military should go F*** themselves...Who cares about them?...They are tortuing the children...ect ect. It really hurt me that most of those people were saying that. They are fighting 4 our Freedom and will do so at any costs. Also, do you remember a few months back when Nancy Pelosei was going to relese the images of the soldiers that would have put their lives at risk? I almost started to cry. In my head I was thinking, How the hell could she do that? How does she even sleep at night? I was amazed that she almost did it too. I have gotten into arguments with people about the war. People refer to the news stations that try to make the soldiers look like horrible people when they are fighting 4 their Freedom. It sickens me. How do the liberal news station always report when something bad happens and not when a soldier saves many lives? How? I watch fox news and I am proud 2 say so...I actually want people's opinions. ( Oh and by the way, I'm not a Republican, I am not a radical and I am not a racist because I didn't vote 4 the sheep in office(well my parents didn't I'm only 14) So what is your opinion? This is the message I put under the videos---I have so much respect for all of the men and women who fought and are fighting. You guys are my heros. It always angers me when I hear someone say that we are there 4 no reason and that the soldiers are torturing the kids. If I ever come across a soldier or an older man or woman who fought, I always go up to them and I ask if I may shake their hand...and I thank them. I'm only 14, but I think every kid should do so. God bless and protect you. (I asked this in loveand relationships by accident)

Okay. This is YouTube. If you go to that site tomorrow, you just might find people cussing out the people who posted that sh*t on there. And as for the soldiers torturing children? It's entirely possible that that started from a psycho or 2 that got sent overseas and did some crazy things. There has been a few cases of a soldier or 2 going over and busting into a civilian home and raping the women (and girls) and then killing the whole family. This is obviously not tolerated. The abortion thing gets blown WAY out of proportion too. If you've ever heard someone at school say that they take the newborn baby out and hit it on the head with a scalpel to kill it, they went online and found lies to support their opinion and completely disregarded the facts. No one does an abortion after a certain period of time has passed. In fact, abortion was legalized because women would have it done illegally and die with their unborn child. ...Any rate, but on topic, even if we are fighting this war for no reason at all, this isn't the soldiers' fault. They are simply fighting for our country.
Actually, what's going on with Afghanistan is very similar to Vietnam; people are saying the same things, I mean. That there's no reason for us to fight this war, we came in here for nothing. Plus both have cost us millions, billions. But our soldiers are far better trained this time around, and it looks like we'll be able to pull a 'victory' out of this one.
