Heres the thing turns out that were not moving, and I still really love this kid even after like 5 months of not being together, is that too long to even think about getting back together, and does it sound to you like he is kidding, and means just as in a friend way... Or does he actually stil "love my stubborn a**"? :$... Should I tell him that I really do still love him?

I think he still loves you... or at least likes you a lot. I think you should go along that your moving then next week show up somewhere that he is, he would be SO happy and SO shocked to see you still there and you be like "I'm staying". Would be cute.
