When I was a little girl and sunburned, my mom would fill a bathtub with cool water and add a small bottle of vinegar to the water. I'd soak for about twenty minutes. It smelled awful, but after I dried off, the smell was gone, and a lot of the sting, too!
Perhaps cold compresses, or if you access to a grocery, cucumber slices, on your eyes would help with the swelling.
Then I'd slather lotion all over. When I had children, I always kept aloe vera in the fridge for them.
If none of the above helps and you're still swelling, you might need to visit an ER or Urgent Care for sun poisoning. Be sure to take care of yourself. A sunburn is a serious condition.
