Why do i feel like i have to throw up?

I woke up at about 12:30. I felt very nauseas (sorry for the spelling) and I went to the bathroom and I didnt throw up but i feel like i have to! My stomach is hurting every now and then. Is this bad? Or just a sign of pregnancy. Help please.

It is just most likely a sign of pregnancy hunny...you should be alright. But if you think that there is something really wrong, then you should go get checked out!...Hope this helps! happy
