Actually I believe water based are the best bet due to how easy they are to wash away when you're done. If you're mas*urbat*ng then there's really no need for a condom and then it doesn't mater which kind you're using. However Asia Carrera (www.asiacarrera.com...) personally reccomends Astroglide over the KY brand.
