Why can't I have an org**m?

when I have sex with my b/f I go weak but I cant have an orgasms is it me or him because I feel realy bad ... and duein sex I letf my body to his and he starts getting hard and faster so that it hurts so what im asking is why cant I orgasms and why my b/f does what he does well me are havin sex
