the orgasms you are talking about are usually clitoris or g-spot stimulation induced. A lot of women can actually spurt a milky/ tranparent fluid from the urethra- its not pee. The amount varies from a tespoon to a few tablespoons.Till you get used to this kind of thing its best to go pee before you make love, just to put your mind at rest that you are not going to be peeing.
That said, women who have low control over their pc muscles and bladder can pee by mistake.:-0
