How can I get gross orange out of my hair?

hello..I was wondering if you can help me..
well I did indeed bleach my hair and it got all my roots blonde but the rest is kinda orange..Everyone said just bleach it again but idont think thats a very good thing to do again..
The only reason I was going blonde is so I can get it to bright red..
Now can I just out the bright or dark red over all this or would it just make my roots brighter then the rest..I need someones help I dont want to go to school with fucked up hair ya know..I star my college soon..ANd will be transfering jobs aswell to another tattoo shop so I want to look good lol..can ya help

Yah yikes. You probably shouldn't bleach it again, it will just damage your hair ridiculously. Also, coloring it now would probably make it uneven if the bleach came out unevenly. You should go to a professional salon, they will probably want to strip the color somehow and start all over..

Start over with what?
.. there's nothing to strip.

the hair keratin is orangey-yellow naturally, so you won't get just white hair by bleaching the heck out of it.
If you want to use a red dye which is quite a bit darker than the allover pale hair you have now, there's no reason it shouldn't work, but I do advise getting a friend to help you so nothing gets missed. When the developing time is done, add some water to the dye and work it through your wet hair like shampoo.. then rinse EXTREMELY WELL, and use lots of conditioner, especially on the ends.
