There is nothing wrong with it, as long as you clean up afterwards. Leaving food down there for too long, can cause bacteria to form. Just make sure you clean real good when she's done.

You can use anything you would like. I would stear clear of anything severly sticky (as in honey, syrup etc.), as those could cause some major cleaning problems.
Also, spicy foods are not good, they will burn your skin, it is too sensitive down there.

If it doesn't hurt, it's perfect OK.
