You have to decide if you are willing to wait for her. If not, maybe move on now. I'm assuming she is younger than you and probably intimadated by the idea of oral sex. I highly doubt she is going to go the rest of her life without giving anything that. I think your best bet is to give to recieve. I don't mean give her oral but that's not a bad start. If you make her feel like she has never felt she is more likely to want to do something for you. A turned on girl is more likely to try things than one that's ice cold.
