Why wasn't oral sex as amazing as everyone says?

Me and my boyfriend have been together for about 6 months now and have been doing stuff for a while. Recently he went down on me.. and I've heard from girls that it was AMAZING but it didn't seem all that amazing to me.. is there something wrong with me or has anyone else experienced this?

My friends have told me they love oral, it's amazing and blissful and great...I think the idea of it is disgusting :/ It's not that there's anything wrong with you, you just may not like it- everyone's different! Yes, I mean fingering... Some people say that a tongue is better because it's more flexible and agile, wet and warm and soft etc, but it just doesn't give enough pressure as fingers can. The idea of it is gross until you get used to it, then it's okay.
