How do I fix this mess?

This was really stupid of me but a while ago like the Friday before v-day was supposed to be a person I really liked last day. I told him I liked him and found he liked me. Well turns out he didn't get expelled after all, and he came back after awhile. Well I had gotten a crush on someone else by that time and I still like him but things seem awkward. I've never really been in a real relationship and it sort of makes me feel dumb thinking about it now. I just don't think we would work together now... what should I do or say to him? He asked me out before I went to 4th period and all I said was bye and smiled at him! I feel really dumb and we still talk but not like before! It's different and I feel unwelcomed now! He upset me by cutting himself after he found I cut myself! And since then I've sort of avoided him but been nice to him. If he comes around should I give him a chance?

1st of all, you both shudnt cut yourselves. & maybe you need 2 explain 2 him that you just want to be friends because you dont think it will work anymore.

hey crushes come and go k so dont get to worked up about it if you feel that you need to be the guy #1 then go out with him.
