Definalty dont' take 2 diet pills together, that can be very dangerous.

Hydroxicut doesn't work (I tried it)
and I've heard from friends that all Alli does is give you the runny bunnies.

Get on a good diet (cut out sugar as much as possible) and bump up your physical activities and it'll be better than any diet.

Hey. My friend has tried Alli and she told me that you have to be very controlled as far as what you eat. If you eat a lot of greasy food and you already took this diet pill, the food will go right through you and you'll basically be sick in the bathroom for the rest of the day. So be careful.

My brother took Hydroxycut and he doesn't recommend it. He got a big energy boost while at the gym but he said his heart would race way too quickly and he eventually threw out the pills.

Beginning to exercise, cut down on the fatty foods and being optimistic is the best way to weightloss!

Hey dont take two at once. I used hydroxycut for about 2 weeks and I became so sick. I had dizziness and always was always throwing up. And as far as Alli goes my best friend is on it and she hates it. It's not doin anything.

Try Ultra 90 I heard great things about it and its all natural stuff. I am thinkin about getting it my self before the holidays.

I am on hydroxycut and it decreses your appetite so you don't eat as much I am also on this blue pill called zoller and I worked out for 4hrs yesterday and ate a plate of veggies and lost 9 lbs!!! and I feel great!!! I sahy hydroxy is better..im barely on the 5th day and I feel awsome I don't get that hungry and when I do I get full way faster and I don't crave food like I use to
