well first off, weight loss does NOT happen fast
it happens GRADUALLY
and it can take months to loose weight and see results
not hours, not days, not weeks...MONTHS
healthy eating and regular exercise is the only right way to loose weight
anything else will either damage your health
make you gain all the weight back and then some
or do both
but you dont want to gain it all back
you are a bit overweight so try to concerntrate on getting more healthy and keeping the weight off
and first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index)
calculated for your height and age
he/she will tell you what weight range your in
and how much you need to loose if your not in the healthy weight range
to start loosing weight work towards exercising for at least 30 minutes a day
and eat healthy
and try to switch any soda drinks, fruit juice drinks and energy drinks with water
because there all full of sugar
I think you should convince your family that fast food( or bad food) Affects there health. Tell them how worried you are about them getting cancer because of it. Then maybe they wont bring in bad foods. People say to eat 6 times a day. But when I tried that. I gained. I found that eatig 6 small meals a day didnt work for me because I found myself being more hungry in between all those meals. So I ended up eating a lot. I now eat 3 regular meals a day. And when I feel hungry. I drink a ton of ice cold water.
And I excersise at least 3 times a week for at least an hour.
Just watch what you eat and excersice a ton 
you can not lose that much weight THAT FAST.
-but you can do it healthy and gradually lose weight
but for sure, 20 pounds prob will not happen in 10 days
eat healthy. (salad, fruit, veggies, yogurt, etc.)
NO FAST FOOD/FRIED FOODS
make your only drink=WATER
no sweets or candy.
you can eat 6 smaller meals a day
or 3 regular meals with maybe a SMALL snack somewhere in the day (which is what I would do)
exercise daily, (EVERYDAY!) you can run, walk, bicycle, lunges, squats, weights, ab exercises(crunches).
but my suggestion would be to go by a gym membership, you can find a cheap one somewhere. because the machines would really help, like the eliptical and treadmills. and they have classes you can take also.
if you do all of this. im telling you, YOU WILL SEE RESULTS!

Weeelll, I'm 13, and I'm obese. But I do not look like it, Yay! I weight 200 pounds but people look like I'm about 160 or so.
I want to wear this costum, and I fit in it, but I want to lose like 20 pounds at least, to look better in it. I need to lose...
it in a short time, so I guess it doesn't have to be a very healthy way to lose weight
So basically, I need to lose 20 pounds or more, by the first of July. Can anyone help? )= I don't want to starve myself...Well, I can't, my family is obese and they bring in crap for food every single day. And I have to eat it...
I'm trying to eat less and start walking about a mile a day, and I've done this for about...5 days? A week? And I gained 3 pounds...So I am extremly depressed andi have no self confidence... I mean seariosly? Eating less crap and walking every day for a week, and gained weight? This must mean that I'm suppose to be obese forever . I'm really pissed off
