What do you think of my poem?

One heart,
One soul,
What's Love without it all?
What's my life without you?
Does this even mean anything at all?
One touch,
Your touch
Give me the chills,
A hug,
And a kiss
I think Im falling for your sweet lips
So take me...

by the hand
Swift me off my feet
Cause I never felt anything like this...
Listen to the sound of my heartbeat,
It's saying your name,
It's also saying I Love You
And forever it will stay the same.

good with rhymes

only thing I'd change (keep in mind this is purley my personal opinion so if you like it how it is LEAVE IT)
but I would remove the 'even' from
Does this 'even' mean anything at all?
and change 'Give me the chills' to 'Gives me chills'
