I am 14 and on my pen*s there are little bumbs or dots. I never had sex and they dont itch or hurt. please tell me if this is seriouse or not.

ah lad.. the story of every male! dont worry its nothing.. I had em when I was your age and im like WHA! but trust me nothin to be worried up.. I mean they're just little small dots nearly all over the place right?
