maybe its time to try a new one? sometimes a specific diet wont help you. try different ones, and see which ones the most effective, then stick to that one =] its just trial and error. =] oh, and exercise? a lot or a little? because if you just do a little, then, well... lol. oh, and it may be because your converting fat into muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat--which would explain why your weight is the same... =]
*huh tuh tuh tuh tuh tuh* Actually in school you do an hour and fourty minutes!!!
I do 450 sit-ups every night!! As well as PE!! I have always eaten a balanced diet, and since the new year have barely eaten any chocolate (-easter), had no fast food and done two 14 mile hikes carrying all kit.
Have I lost any weight??? Nope, nothing!!
Plus I don't think you need to diet!!
xD
Well, first muscle weighs more than fat, so dont just look at the scale.
And it also depends on what type of diet you have. Calories count, but you also need to look at like fat content, sugar, carbs, im not an expert but im trying to help atleast a little. XD
Make sure your workouts arent always the same, the muscles gets used to it. And over time increase the intensity. Try new things! And if you arent like extremely fat, then you wont see as much progress in a short period of time. The skinnier you are, the more you have to work to loose weight.
heloo lizzie...
ryt well...
1st of all sum peoples bodies can b right stubborn and not lose weight as easy as others...
you need to see that you are eating properly tho.. and not skippin meals.. because this will make you bloated...
you just need 2 find low fat options of what you normally eat..
and need to obviously stay off fry foods and junk...
you need to burn more calories than you take in.. and make sure that the excercises you are doin are not toning exercises.. or else its just gona turn the fat in2 muscle.. and muscle weighs more than fat...
also drink plenty of water and try out different diets...
try 1 4 a few weeks.. and if it dont work try another..
and alkane... sit ups tone you up so your makin muscle there not losin weight... which is probably why it seems that you aint lost weight.. lose weight then tone...
hope I helped a lil lol... xD
