Should I apologize to my friend?

ok me and my friend was on the phone and little did I know her grandma was on the phone too and this boy named denis was on the phone too and I was sayin to denis ooh can you get me a hook up and I dont care with who then I said who I liked or watever (this happened on oct.20 at 10:00) any ways then we got off of three way with him and I said to my friend is she aloud to call long distance and then I said because I wnted her to call my other friend which is a girl and then we got busted talking on the phone like that. then we got of the phone and my friend called me back and told me she couldnt do three way or call long distance and I heard her grandma in the background sayin that we didnt need to be trying to be gettin hooled up and it wasnt even like that...any ways my question is to you think she will call my mom and tell her? and do you think this really bad? and do you think I should apoligize to my friend? and if her grandma does tell what exactly should I say because I have NEVER been in a situation like this ...PLEASE HELP ME BY THE WAY IM LIKE ABOUT TO BE 13
