Omg wats wrong with me??help!!

ok so im kinda new to this make out thing and my boyfriend says im good but I keep getting these little bumps around my mouth that hurt im only 12 and do not be concerned about my age or anything but I mean the bumps hurt and I need help but not from a doctor or parent bc they dont know I even makeout with my boyfriend!!and it would bve great for just to use common household items!!oh and im not retarde they are not pimples
