You're 13 - you're still growing so give it time.

Other than nature, the only other ways to get larger breasts are to get pregnant, gain weight,or get implants...none of which I recommend.

36c isnt exactly small! and your still growing so I wudnt worry bout it. if your still really unhappy when your older you could look into cosmetic surgery. They are also lots of bras and clothing to make them appear bigger .

no you dont!!! I am 13 and I am a 36-d! it sux because it seems like thts the only thing guys look at. but... if you really want them bigga, eat spanish food. it also makes your but bigger
