Embarassed by my padded bra

ok so I started wereing a padded bra! and know I can't stop because if I do people will notice they have gotten smaller!! what should I do???when people hug me I feel like they can tell! can people feel if your boobs are HARD by hugging you??? PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT TO DO

no one even pays attention to them! if anyone does happen to bring it up, say something defensive like "why have you been looking at my chest anyway? saying I'm flatchested?!" they'll soon back off, and get embarrased! and no, I hug my girlie friend, and I think she sometimes wears padded bras. you cant tell, especially if you are wearing a jumper or more than one layer of clothing. stop wearing one if you don't want to wear one! simple as

Wear a push up bra
they usually have an underwire with a little bit up padding on the bottem to hold them up and make them look natraly larger.
you can get them anywhere (walmart,target jcpenny)

calm down, generally no onw will be able to tell or notice
unless they hug you and there rock hard
which they shouldnt be though, because the padding should be soft and spongy.
..like foam...in fact most of it is foam
your probably be better off getting a push up bra
they have a small bit of padding at the bottom to "push up" what you already have
also making them look bigger

Wear a padded bra whenever you want. Who cares about other people. Those bras are made for a reason it's not like you stuffed them with 3 boxes of tissues. (I HOPE).
