just be 13!!! your only 13 once and let me tell you it goes by way to fast.. take your time.. be young... I mean if you want to wear some makeup.. NOTHING HEAVY because thats gross but just some mascara and a little blush and lip gloss is cute... dont grow up to fast

you have time to grow up so dont rush youself because you will start looking older than what you want so be happy that you look young because many people wish that they could look young again .
