Old pervy guy in my neighborhood

Okay, so there is this pervy old guy in my 'hood
and well a few months ago he hit on me whiel I was walking home from school, and then I told my mom and she was all like " dont worry I will do somethign about it"
and a few weeks ago he started to point at me while he was walking/driving by.

NOW. he doesnt juts point anymore, he will point AND drive slowly beside me as a walk, then yesterday I was walking home with my sister and my mom
and he was distancing himsefl from me so he could still watch me
but I think he thought I didnt know so as I was walking home he would be watching me, and then he started to drive in front of us, and you could tell he was looking in the mirror [his driving was all effed up]

He wont do anythign if my mom is around, but he will if I am with friends

WHAT DO I DOOO!

Ugh adn what do I say if one of the guys in my class are making jokes about it when I am like deadly serious.

Whenever I walk, alone or with my friends also, I get honked, whistled, and winked at. Some guys even stick their heads out the window to say something to me. Others even do the "V" sign. It's disgusting. If I were you, don't yell anything at him or tell him to stop 'cause then he might come after you. My uncle is a cop and I have told him stories where I have noticed vans following me (stay away from them) and he said to call the cops and tell them to check the area. Even yet, tell one to sit there undercover and watch you when you walk home from school. Just keep a look out for him and other vans/cars that pass by certain amounts of times and look at you.

Stay with a group. Whatever you do, DO NOT!!! go walking out by yourself. This guy sounds serious. I agree, try to get a restraining order. Also, you could carry a knife or something with you, in your bra or something. Again, don't walk alone.

I would call the cops

Carry a weapon!
Seriously make sure the knife is at a legal length and maybe...
carry around an ANGRY CAT!
Those mo'fo's do some serious damage I'd take it into consideration.
