your blood sugar's probably getting low.
because your not eating enough.
if you feel dizzy or shaky you should eat something.

I'd say you go to WEBMD.com They have a symptom checker. You can check any symptom that you have...

It will give you all possible answers.

I still think you are anorexic and not eating healthy meals. You could be having "low sugar" attacks which make you sort of jittery. The stomach pains could be because you are hungry and just don't want to admit it.

You could be harming your body and its organs if you are failing to eat properly and not giving your body the proper nutrients to work with.

Start eating frequent amounts of nutritious food.

If starting to eat properly doesn't solve the problem, then it's time to go see a doctor. You might have serious problems. Don't fool around. If in doubt see a doctor.

that sounds like me when my sugars are low, but yes I have seen your posts so you are unlikely to do what needs doing to stop them.

unless you really are going to take this as a warning sign from your body.

(and my sugars only get low, not because I don't eat, but because I am normally on a 12 1/2 hour shift and have had no time to eat during it)
