Is it too soon to tell him how I feel?

I like this guy and he goes to a different school. I havent known him very long but I already like him. I am so comfortable around him and I can tell him anything. but I dont know if he likes anyone from his school. but he acts like he likes me to! I dont know if it is to soon to tell him how I feel or if I should just wait and see what happens.
help me?
