Should I lose my virginity?

I met this guy who is also a virgin and well. I am 14, and he is fixin to be 16..I really want to loose it but, im kinda scared, scared that it might not be good, or it might not be as good as he wants it to..
I mean he tells me how beautiful I am and how perfect I am and stuff. We arent going out yet but he said when he gets back from oaklahoma he is going to ask me out.. and I mean he isnt as hott as all the guys I've dated before and well..yea. But he treats me SOO good!!
I Just dont know if im "ready" to loose it yet.. Any advice.. ??PLEASE HELPP??

okay if you really really like him and he tells you that your a beautiful and hes nice to you it shouldnt matter if he isnt as hott as the other guys.
your only going to have one first time so be sure your with the right guy
I was 14 when I lost it also and it was one of the best times of my life
if your thinking about doing it with him then your probebly ready to. it will be special for both of you because you are both virgins

You dont give up your virginity just because a boy tells you your beautiful.....perfect, and treats you good. You save it for that special one you want to share all your hopes, dreams and future with! You wait until you have been in a long commited relationship also. Your not even dating this boy yet, so why are you talking about having sex with him? If you give it up so fast/easy to him, how will you know if its you he wants, or just the sex? The only way to find out if hes into you, is to take your relationship at a slow pace. Spend time just getting to know one another. Teens that start off having sex tooo soon with their partner, usually NEVER last! You want him to fall in love with YOU, not the sex!!

I say if you are not sure, then you are not ready. This is something you should really be sure about, and you should not need our opinions if you are truly ready.

Also, do you know about your birth control options?
Do you have access to birth control that you know how to use?
Do you have a way to get to the ob-gyn?
Do you feel comfortable with him?
Can you communicate with him?
Do you know how pregnancy occurs?
Do you have a backup plan for what would happen in the event of an unintended pregnancy?
Do you know about reproductive anatomy?

That's all stuff you need before you can be ready.

make sure he is the guy you want to loose it to.
you only have one first time. it should be with someone you really love and who feels the same about you!

if your in love who care whether he's hot or not. im dating this guy who isnt great looking but im totally in love. if you're not ready then he should respect that. when the time comes you'll know.

Why do want to lose your virginity? Becuase everyone is doing it...you are just a kid. Why are people (especially teenages) obsessed to have sex. Give it up when your married, its better that way.
