What do you put in your hair..?
You must be putting something in it that makes it like that...

What type of shampoo are you using?

Mine gets oily by the end of the day when I take a morning shower. I was told to keep using a good amount of conditioner after shampooing. Making sure to get it all over. And make sure to shampoo your roots well. Also, try sleeping with your hair tied in a low ponytail to keep it from touching your face at night.
I'm guessing your hair is straight. Try combing it all the way through only when its damp-dry.

put a little baby powder on your scalp and brush it til the powder is not visible

your hair will be fresh and oil free for a few days after

don't mess with it...your hands distribute more oil into your hair, as well as stimulate your pores to produce more oil.

I agree with cherrylips baby powder is the trick put it at the roots just a small amount and use a comb to work it through so it gets all the way in
