Try washing it twice a day and if it persists,go see a skin specialist.

They make wipes to remove the oil during the day. You might also want to try an astringent wiped lightly over the entire face in the morning before you start your day, and/or in the afternoon after you've been outside or busy. The oil is normal. It's not bad. And they make products that can help minimize the oil. Look in your local Walmart/Kmart/Beauty Store.
Good luck.

whatever you do, do NOT use those wipes that remove all the oil off your face.
naturally your body creates oils, and when you take them all away your skin will "panic" and create more than what you had to start with.
I use this stuff called OXY in a little black and red bottle, and it works wonders for me.

You can also try using Ivory soap,
I have the same problem too,
and Ivory just takes away the oil and closes your pores tightly
it also gives you really soft skin
I wash my face once at night
and once in the morning,
it just works better if your face is cleaned a lot,
you are less likely to get acne if your pores are tighter all day.
and after washing your face or hands with warm water spalsh some cold water to close up your pores so dirt doesnt get in easily.
