Getting a great hairstyle for school

school is starting soon, and there's this girl who always has the BEST hair styles, I want just ONE day where I look better then HER. what shall I do with my medium-length brown hair?

im in the same situation my friend. =] haha but I got my hair cut in layers, and I got side bangs that kinda swoop and cover part of one eye. and I straiten it... I think it looks really cute. tRy iT!! =]
