Oh, no, I'm in love with 2 boys

Ok, so I started going out with my ex's best mate, and I really love him, but I usually have problems when expressing my feelings in front of my boyfriend, but with this one I'm not shy and I'm confident.
But...
there's his best mate (my ex) and every time I see him I remember the times when we used to be together, and it's really getting on my nerves, cause sometimes I catch myself staring at him and thinking about him and it's really stupid.
This has been going on for about a year already and I dunno what to do.......
And I love my boyfriend, who I'm really confident with, but I really love my ex, (who dumped for being too shy)and I know that I should forget about him but I cant!!!!!! In a way, I every day hope he'll come back!!!!
