The nosebleed could've been caused by anything; maybe even dry air, that can dry sh*t up. The neckache sounds like you could've thrown something out of whack, maybe strained a tendon, or slept wrong and tore a muscle. You could do that by craning your head a certain way, even. If it doesn't stop, go see a doctor, that's the mose sensible advice.

Couple hours ago I had a nose bleed
Caused by a sneeze, the left side of the
Back of my neck has a throbbing sharp
Pain, when I close my eyes to sleep
I get really really dizzy, and the top of
My head on the left side killls.
And I'm afraid to go...
to sleep cause of this.
