lol I have exactly the same thing it is basically gives you flat feet, its called hyper mobility syndrome where your ligaments are too long, your feet there fore cant give an arch and it can affect your joints wear insoles for a while and you wont get pain but theres no cure its not a disease its an abnormality me and my twin and my brothers have it

When I walk, my foot feels like something is pulled/crossed over where it shouldn't be. It's just at the point when the foot is fully stretched out that I feel it. Anyone know why it's doing this, and know some stretches or anything that will make it stop acting weird?
