Is it natural to be overly concerned about your weight? I def dont have an eating disorder. I workout usually 4-6 times a week ..and im eating healthy. I reward myself for doing good at least twice a week and I have been losing weight..but im just wondering if im normal for being that concerned?? Helpp?! Xx

pretty much yeah. nowdays about 80%+ of the population is worried or not happy with there weight.
so it is normal. but its not normal when people become over obsessed with there weight, and start depriving there bodies of much needed foods.

Watching ones weight is very very common.

It only becomes a problem when taken to extreme limits and one continues to lose weight even though they are already classed as being at an unhealthy level on the BMI.

When other people comment about how thin or ill you look, that is a good indication the behaviour has become extreme.
