ok, it sounds like you're developing an eating disorder, if you don't have one already!#
I have been on a gazillion diets, it's been a while buty I'm getting back into the swing of things lol!!
your weight is fine, if anything, it's a little under...
change your sttitude towatds food, it's not all about counting calories...it's about EATING HEALTHY...and most of all, eating! weighing yourself 3 times a day is pointless...honest..how much do you expect your weight to change? you should only weigh yourself once a WEEK if that!
you need to stop worrying, your weight is fine, eat healthy, have a little exercise and you will stay perfect, as you are now...
don't eat junk food, change your tastbuds..I have gained most of my weight since my second child and being at uni...
I would speak to your doc and tell him/ her what you're feeling...
you not over weight really, are you?! I mean honest, look at your BMI and you'll see your fine.
you don't want this problem to get worse, so you need to nip it in the bud ASAP...
take care, funmail me if you want, but please, be the exception and eat to be HEALTHY, not thin... x x
Simply a Rose to brighten your day,
And maybe lessen the cares in your way;
And also, too, to help you to know,
That in knowing you, many others grow!
You don't give your age. I would assume that you are just attaining an age where you THINK your weight is an issue. I don't think it is and you need to realize that you DONT need to be so self-conscious. If anything, you might want to start an exercise program to tone your body's muscles. That will reduce a little fat but really won't change your weight much. It might, however, make you feel better about yourself.

Obsessed with food, weigh 104 pounds, what do i do?
ok, lately I have become totally obsessed with food. I think about what I should eat I count up calories all the time. I dont want to but I cant help it. I am not skinng and not fat I am average, I just dont want to be fat. I am 5'1 or 5'2 and weigh 104...
pounds ( thats ok isnt it). I dont want to loose weight or gain it. I am totally stuck, I weigh myself like 2 or 3 times a day. I feel like I need to excercise more and I feel guilty after eating lots of junk food or sweets or anything fatty. I just want to be how I used to be, not thinking about my size and how much to eat or excercise all the time. what do I do???
(or am I, from the figures I gave, fat and need to loose weight)
really sorry for asking another weight and food thing kinda question!!! sorry!!!
