Hi there, I agree with lola26. You look great for your age in the photo - not too skinny, not too heavy. Your height and weight seem fine. The thing about the obsession is that this seems to be happening to loads of girls in Britain at the moment. There are English girls aged between 10 and 13 on this website asking questions like yours every day.
So you need to think about where you are getting your ideas about weight from: do you have friends who really do need to loose weight, and keep going on to you about it? Or do you have friends who are as slim as you and have the same obsession? Maybe you are all making each other feel worried about weight. Or perhaps you look at pictures of skinny models in the news and would like to look like them.
I don't know what it's all about, but it is an obsession that's going around England at the moment and I think you need to talk to someone a bit older, to get a bit of perspective on it. Your mum, aunt or grandmother would be good, as lola26 says. Or a teacher or school nurse perhaps. They could check the facts for you, instead of listening to the obsession like people of your own age might. You need good strong links with good friends and family, so that they can help you to see yourself as you really are, not as you fear you might be!
And I'll say it again - you look just right for your age - I don't think you need to worry. But do check it out and get support from someone who knows you.
