The only police organization that can get avay from everything eaven from the fbi is the so called "secret police". What do you think about them ?

There is no one above the law not even the president, if you kill someone, rape someone you will have to deal with the law, the Secret Police, CIA, and FBI are just way better at covering up covert acts if they commit them. Anyway if there are so {secret} how come we know they exist?
