It still amazes me how ignorant some people are.

Carjon, please provide the source of these allegations about Obama. Please show me the proof that "he doesnt want to salute our flag and we are going to become terrorist central if he gets into office because he wants to make it easier for people from every other country to enter the US, and he won't salute our national anthem".

You need to do a little research and find out what you are talking about before you go posting a bunch of lies you read about in an email, or on some website.

I'm Australian so what I think doesn't count...I hope you vote for Obama, it would be nice to see a young president in America...the other guy is 70 something & his running mate scares me.

I will vote for Obama and justabloke, I completely agree with you.
Palin seems much worse than Bush.
Kind of a Jerry Falwell/Di*k Cheney offspring.

Nope Nope, palin for one is pro gun obama is not, (and thats what all my friends like) obama has less experience and has contributed less to our country, he doesnt want to salute our flag and we are going to become terrorist central if he gets into office because he wants to make it easier for people from every other country to enter the US, and he won't salute our national anthem, other countries want him in because then we'll be a weak target. Oh and as for people of other countries, if he becomes president the worst thing for me is he screws most chances of me getting scholarships for college... they prefer people of different races and give full rides for them, as for white people, we have to try really hard to (not) get our scholarships

Well, it isn't my place to tell you if you should vote for Obama.
Personally for me, I won't. Too many reasons to list.
You'll learn your lesson if he gets into office. Someday, some of you might regret voting for him.
But, again, it isn't my place to tell you no. Its your decision.

There's no way Obama could possibly implement all his promised plans, and he knows it. That makes him a liar, aka a politician.

fau, are you suggesting that link proves that "he doesnt want to salute our flag". Because I think you need to read it. While it is a matter of protocol that one put his hand over his heart during the anthem, it has not become universal practice. Next time at a ballgame, look around and see how many people don't. By no means was Obama showing any disrespect. He, as well as everyone else on the podium, were looking to their right where the singer was. It is a smear and a lie being spread by the right wing.

Jimahl, I was just at an event in York, PA and they played the Nat'l Anthem and I did a quick count of the 4 rows in front of me.
This is a blue collar town, and while York City is Obama territory, York County is McCain's.

Out of 47 (that I could see clearly) EIGHT (8) had hands or baseball caps over their hearts. Most of the rest were standing respectfully.

Just found that interesting.
(p.s. just to show how right wing York County is - this is the place (Dover, PA) that had a local school board go to trial because they voted Intelligent Design into the science class. The school board lost the case and every single member was off the board by the next election. Oh, and the presiding judge was a Bush appointee!)
