Well... I'm no nutritionist but there is away you can stop eating go find a activity to do keep yourself busy by being bored you want to eat and eat and eat. and because you eat so much maybe try eating salads or something trick your body try eating health stuff eat that until your full it might make you lose weight.
I think it's your obsession with trying not to eat. You should find a new hobby, join a club, start volunteering, etc. The less obsessed you are with food and weight, the less time you're going to spend eating. Convince yourself that you have the rest of tomorrow to eat something that you really, really like. Don't forget to exercise regularly. People who exercise tend to have healthier eating habits.
Also, I wouldn't be surprised if you overestimated your calorie intake.

Is anyone a nutritionist?
Is anybody here a nutritionist? I really really need one!!
I have this binging eating disorder, which is when you overeat until your uncomfortably full. I eat 4000 calories a day.. :'(
